Using the Website, contacting us or booking a consultation does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when we have both signed a written engagement agreement and we have completed our client due-diligence checks.
03Engagements
Our services are governed by the engagement agreement we sign with each client. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the engagement agreement prevails.
We may decline any engagement at our discretion, including where we cannot complete due diligence or where a request is not consistent with applicable law. We do not assist with tax evasion, concealing assets from lawful creditors or authorities, or any other unlawful purpose.
04Third-party decisions and outcomes
Many outcomes depend on decisions made by independent third parties such as banks, payment processors, lenders, company registries, immigration authorities and tax authorities. We cannot guarantee that any bank account, credit facility, merchant account, residence permit, visa or other application will be approved, or any particular tax result, processing time or outcome.
